YOUR HABITS WILL DETERMINE YOUR FUTUREBy Norm Bettencourt of www.tactselfdefense.com

We all have dreams, desires, goals and its great to daydream about what it would be like holding that title belt high in the air feeling the energy of the crowd cheering you on. Back to reality now and heres a question for you. How much time do you put into a day to make that dream come true? The time you spend training or doing something productive to get closer to your goal or dream, compared to sitting on your couch watching TV. Dont get me wrong daydreaming can be productive if you know how to creatively visualize. Realize that your habits will determine your future. Successful people have successful habits, unsuccessful people dont. To get your dream to materialize you need a plan to structure your time into productive slots. All successful people have a plan, follow it, and gauge their progress by it. Work towards making the majority of your time being productive towards your goal, i.e. training and conditioning, read and view material that is going to help you become a better fighter such as viewing video of your fights and your opponents to see what you need to work on.

ITS ALL ABOUT WERE YOU PUT YOUR FOCUS

Ninety percent of your focus and energy should be directed at your fight plan and career if you want to

succeed in the MMA world or in any goal in life. Instead of coming home from a long day at work kicking back with a beer and watching the game, put on an instructional dvd to help you learn new techniques or improve on your speed or power. Go to the gym left weights, do cardio, strength train or work on techniques with your sparring partner. During work or on your way home visualize yourself in a match performing a technique you have recently learned, so it becomes ingrained in your subconscious and is in your arsenal. Build on your strengths, not on your weakness. There are three kinds of people, people that make things happen, people that watch things happen and people who say what just happened. Which one are you? So if you keep asking yourself why your fight career isnt happening take an honest inventory of yourself because its about were we put the focus in our life that determines were we are going. If you keep on doing what you always done youll keep getting what you always got. Making your dreams become reality is not about luck, or “if its meant to be it will happen”. Its not hocus-pocus; its all about were you put your focus.
About the Author

Unless you live in a cave or without human interaction, you are probably familiar with the term, ‘yeast infection’. But do you know exactly what a yeast infection is? The actual medical term for a yeast infection, which is also known as thrush, is Candidiasis. Candidiasis is a fungal infection having to do with any of the Candida variety, which is basically any of the yeast-like imperfect fungi of the genus Candida. While every living person has some type of yeast organisms living in them, the yeast doesn’t normally overgrow due to microorganisms that occur naturally in the body.

In people who are able to develop an immune response following exposure to an antigen, Candidiasis can most often be found only in unprotected and moist areas of the body. These places can include the mouth, the vagina and around the folds of skin in a child who wears a diaper (also known as diaper rash.) Candidiasis is most frequently seen in the vagina as vaginal irritation or vaginitis.

Experiencing a vaginal yeast infection is not enjoyable in any way and, unfortunately, at least three quarters of all females will live through a yeast infection at some time during their lives. Almost all females have the Candida Albicans in their vaginas and they don’t normally cause any problems. When the balance in the vagina is not as balanced as it should be with the normal organisms, an individual can experience an

overgrowth and it will result in the symptoms of a yeast infection.

The most frequently experienced symptoms of a yeast infection include extreme or mild itching of the vagina (may include the vulva), a discharge that is white or white-gray in color and a smell that is similar to active yeast as in baking bread or beer. A number of factors can increase the risk of developing a yeast infection including pregnancy, douches, certain antibiotics and diabetes mellitus.

The first time a woman suspects that she has a yeast infection should visit her doctor for an accurate diagnosis. A simple swab or scrape from the affected region with a solution of KOH is viewed on a slide under a microscope. Once a diagnosis of a yeast infection has been made, a doctor will most likely recommend a preferred treatment but there are many options available. Your doctor may write a prescription for a pill or you can simply go to the drug store and take advantage of one of the many over-the-counter remedies that are available.

How would you REALLY like to have 1000 girlfriends?

Common problems for older men who love young girls:

Where to find them? How to pick them up? How to seduce them.

Are you a distinguished older gentleman who finds it difficult to pick up sexy young girls? Have you always loved sexy young, beautiful girls, but never got your fair share?

“My name is Elvis Preston King. I am an expert at picking up and seducing young girls. I seduce one to three new girls practically everyday of the year and I love it. I have over 1000 sexy young girlfriends (no Pros) 18 to 22 years old. I love my top 100 girls! They are so exotic and beautiful! I am a 55 year old, average looking white man. I am also known as the Senior Playboy!”

The Senior Playboy has more young beautiful girlfriends than any man on the Planet! Totally verifiable!!! The average man would have to see it to believe it.

The Solution!!!

“I am looking for a permanent buddy who also loves lots of sexy, young, delicious dream girls. I lost my money in some bad investments and I simply don’t want to go back in business. I love my life and my early retirement and all of my dream girls. I am willing to share all my girlfriends sisters, cousins and their girlfriends, as well as pick up new girls everyday. If I can find another gentleman like me who also loves lots of girls. Which means you too will end up with over 1000 girlfriends! THE DEAL IS SIMPLE: I PICK UP THE GIRLS. YOU PICK UP THE TAB.” Elvis Preston King

“I developed a secret system through a lifetime of study and hard work to learn how to be the top guy in the world at picking up girls. I read every book on the subject. I practiced my art. I studied and I worked. Through trial and error I developed the best system in the world for picking up and seducing girls. God didn’t just hand me this talent or drop beautiful girls in my lap. I worked very hard for this accomplishment. Now I am the best in the world, literally. No man on earth over 50 years old has as many young sexy, beautiful girlfriends as I have. Alexander the Great never had it so good. My system will work anywhere in the world. So if you get bored with my favorite island. We can check out other exotic and interesting locations.” Elvis~!

“I have a separate new bachelor pad just for entertaining our girls. I also have a secluded home where I rest when I want to take a break from my girls.”

Elvis has such a wonderful fantasy life that he does not want to go back in business. He is on a global search to find ONE senior bachelor sidekick who also would like to have 1000 young girlfriends. Or if you insist on the slightly older woman Elvis can certainly arrange that also. He has even hired a chauffeur who speaks seven languages. The chauffeur assists by answering phone calls from all the girls and arranges Elvis’s dates but Elvis selects and picks up all of his own girls!

The Guinness Book of World Records has been on Elvis’s trail but so far he has

declined entry into the famous book. Elvis already has many fans as well as many envious people who can’t stand to see Elvis happy with all of his girls. All Western women, both young and old hate Elvis out of fear that their boyfriends and husbands might become acquainted with Elvis.

“My girls all have Hawaiian tans and big brown eyes with the exception of a few blonde girls that I have. The girls in my favorite exotic locations adore the older man. In fact, if your old, fat, and bald that helps! They prefer the older man that Western Girls wouldn’t give the time of day no matter how fat your wallet is. Unlike the culture of Western women who see youth as everything. Our maturity gives the girls a sense of security.” On the other hand there are many Western men who come to my favorite island and don’t get laid unless they pay a prostitute!

You simply have to know where to find the girls, how to pick them up and how to seduce them. Lucky for you, you have Elvis. That is if you don’t let another senior bachelor grab him off the market. Elvis’s services will not be available long. You are not the only man in the world who loves lots of young beautiful girls! Call Elvis now and discuss the details or you can buy yourself a copy of “Are You Lonesome to Night” by Elvis Presley and a bottle of President beer and keep living the way you are living now. Or get up out of that chair and call Elvis now. There is only one Elvis in the world now and if you want a chance to hang out with Elvis pick up the phone now and call him or email him. Just do it. Go ahead enjoy your life. Life isn’t forever and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to live the fantasy life most men in the world will only dream about.

This offer is limited to only ONE GENTLEMAN. Will it be bachelor number 1? bachelor number 2? Or lucky bachelor number 3.YOU!

If you are “The Man” who truly loves lots of young, sexy women, you owe it to yourself to see if Elvis means every word that he is saying. See for yourself if he can back up every word! Your buddies back home will never believe your story once you decide to become the sidekick of the senior playboy, Elvis P. King.

PS If by chance you’re happy with your life or you have convinced yourself that you are happy with your life and if you’re not interested in hanging out with Elvis please pass this letter on to one of your friends who would enjoy the bachelor dream life. Good luck either way Buddy!

Sincerely,
Elvis Preston King
Email: loverboybachelor@yahoo.com
http://bachelortours.blogspot.com/

For friends that enjoy the finer things in life, a wine gift basket is a tasteful choice that they will be sure to appreciate. There are also gift baskets available with champagne, beer, hard cider, and even specialty soft drinks for those that dont drink wine.

Wine gift baskets center around all varieties of wine and champagne. If the recipient has a preference for a certain type of wine, for instance Chablis or Merlot, you can probably find a basket featuring it. If you arent familiar with wine, most local wine and liquor stores can answer your questions. Some even offer classes on wine appreciation and wine tasting. If you are shopping online, contact the seller of the wine gift basket you are interested in purchasing. If they are unable to answer your question, they can probably direct you to a good resource that can.

Small and local wineries may offer wine gift baskets. If you live near a wine producing area such as Californias Napa Valley or New Yorks Finger Lakes region, you may be able to purchase a basket in their gift shop. Dont worry, if you dont live somewhere convenient to a winery, though. Online retailers have a great selection and can ship your purchases to many locations. Because

champagne and wine are alcoholic beverages, there may be more shipping restrictions than with other gift basket choices.

Champagne and wine gift baskets start at under $50 and can range to $300 or more. At the less expensive end of the spectrum, generally they include a bottle of wine or champagne, chocolate or other food item, and possibly a stuffed toy, corkscrew or other small item. More extravagant baskets may contain a variety of gourmet goodies in addition to the wine.

A wine gift basket is a simple and elegant gift that complements every occasion. The recipient is sure to appreciate both your taste and the thought that went into selecting such a personal gift.

This is my second in a series of articles about the pleasantly surprising health benefits of some of our favorite indulgences. I hope you’ll read my related articles on coffee and tea, and chocolate.

Wine drinking began more than 7,000 years ago in the mountainous region of Iran, where the wild grape Vitis vinifera grew. People discovered that breaking the skin of the grapes allowed the yeasts, which naturally gathered on ripening grapes, to mingle with the juice, thus starting the fermentation process that turns grape sugar to alcohol. By 2500 BC, the Egyptians were stomping grapes in wooden vats with their bare feet. The Greeks encouraged the production of wine in France and Italy, and from there viticulture slowly spread north.

Medical researchers have known for some time that drinking alcohol in moderation has a beneficial effect on health, particularly on heart disease. In the early 1990s, researchers discovered the “French Paradox”: French people have a much lower risk of heart attack than Americans, despite similar dietary fat levels. Wine drinkers appear to live longer than non-drinkers and people who drink other forms of alcohol.

The American Heart Association guidelines recommend that people who drink do so in moderation-no more than two drinks per day for a man, one drink for a woman.

Red wine is recommended for protection against colorectal cancer. Like coffee and tea, beer and wine are associated with a decreased risk of kidney stone formation.

Researchers found a significant decrease in all-cause mortality among wine drinkers compared to non-wine drinkers at all levels of alcohol intake. Light drinkers (one to seven drinks per week) had a lower risk of death from heart disease or cancer, but the risk was further reduced for light or moderate drinkers (eight to 21 drinks per week) who drank mostly wine. Heavy drinkers who drank wine were at less risk for death than heavy drinkers who avoided wine.

Several large-scale studies link moderate wine drinking to lower mortality from heart disease and stroke. Wine, too, contains flavonoids. Grapes are about the only fruit that has resveratrol, a plant estrogen-a substance that acts like a hormone-so some people who do not drink wine may be able to gain some of the same benefits by eating grapes or drinking grape juice. Resveratrol has been shown to help slow the formation and growth of cancers.

Beer brewing became possible with the establishment of agricultural society and the cultivation of cereals such as barley and wheat. Around 4000 BC, the Sumerians discovered the effects of drinking gruel

that had been left to ferment. This ale became more alcoholic once brewers began malting the barley. Germinating the grain, then drying and heating it so that the starch turned to sugar, produced a more powerful fermentation and stronger flavor. In northern Europe, where the cultivation of wine grapes was unknown, but where grain flourished, brewing probably developed independently. It was a French doctor who discovered that yeast is the microorganism responsible for the fermentation process.

Beer also reduced the risk of cardiovascular death.

As with tea vs. coffee, it is uncertain whether the relative healthfulness of beer vs. wine might be due to social and economic factors. Wine drinkers were found to have higher IQs, more education, higher socio-economic status, and a better diet than beer drinkers. A recent study corrected for such factors finds no difference between the two.

The definition of moderate is about the same for beer as for wine-one or two a day for men, one for women.

In favor of beer, some of the nutrients in wine do not survive the filtering process. Barley and wheat, commonly used in beer making, are both loaded with a variety of vitamins that do survive fermentation and filtering. Too, many unfiltered beers are on the market. European peasants of previous centuries actually derived a major portion of their nutrition from beer.

Is there any reason not to consume alcohol? Drinking in excess has a reversed effect on life expectancy. It can cause cancer, specifically breast cancer in women; the American Cancer Society recommends that women with an unusually high risk of breast cancer consider giving up alcohol.

Those who should avoid alcohol include those with gastritis or liver disease; those on blood pressure medication; and, because alcohol has lots of calories, anyone with a tendency toward obesity.

Otherwise, we can drink up without guilt. Cheers!

Many men are not particularly aware just how damaging being overweight can be, surveys time and time again indicate that the knowledge men have about excess weight is at a poor level. In fact some men even seem to celebrate their lack of knowledge and actually be proud of their excess weight, as though its a sign of masculinity. I have a friend that will routinely pat his beer belly and with an air of satisfaction and a big smile on his face say ‘look at that, all bought and paid for’. You might have also seen the seaside postcards or T-Shirts that say ‘I don’t have a beer belly, is just fuel for a sex machine’.

These are typical examples of how we might justify our weight to ourselves, by doing this we are justifying to ourselves that being overweight is OK, even desirable; the reality of being overweight is a little more serious.

Take a look at potential health problems you could face by being

overweight.

Type 2 diabetes

Cardiovascular diseases and hypertension

Respiratory diseases

Some cancers

Osteoarthritis

Psychological problems

Alteration of the quality of life

There is a proven link between being overweight and the percentage chance you have of developing these conditions. The more overweight you are the greater chance you have of developing one of them.

Now if you only have a little ‘beer belly’ at the moment, or your love handles are just a bit ‘cuddly’ think about what you might be facing 5 or 10 years down the line if you don’t do anything about it NOW.

Thankfully research has shown that you can reduce these risks by doing something about your excess weight.

More and more people find their love online. No wonder, says Marc de Jong. He thinks that online dating is even better than dating in the real world.

Let me tell you a story. For years I went to bars, festivals and other meetings, and it wasnt always for the beer or the music. To be honest, many times I was mainly looking for a girl friend, for a woman to spend the rest of my life with.

I had my share of dates, dont worry: Frankenstein was not my father, some ladies even consider me handsome. But in the end I was still living on my own, and slept in a bed that was always too big.

Life changed when I bought a modem and went on the Internet. Initially my connection wasnt meant for a ride on the electronic highway to love – remember: I am a music fan – but it lasted only a few days before I first visited a dating site.

Within seconds, thousands of women entered my cramped living room, and after a little surfin around I wrote a girl that called herself Pearlemma. I hope it was not her real name.

Only 24 hours later Pearlemma wrote me back. We exchanged up to six letters. Then it became clear she was only interested in having a chat once in a while. I knew the type – from bars, festivals and other meetings.

My next stop was FriendFinder, one of the oldest and best known dating sites. I found a lady with whom I shared some hobbies and interests, but I soon had enough when she sent me her picture.

Online dating finally became serious when I put my ad on a site called Soulmates or something like that. I got a few replies, wrote back, got more replies, wrote back again, made a selection, wrote more, met her. Love, romance, you got it, and I got it.

And then we split up. These things happen, not only in the virtual world. But at least I knew, online dating could work.

So when I had come to terms with the emotional damage, I put another ad, and this time it was really bingo time. Over one hundred replies. And you know what? Im happily married now, for over eighteen months, with a lady who used to live on the other side of the world.

Why am I telling you all this? Because I truly believe online dating works. And even better than real world dating.

First of all, theres choice. Second, theres comfort. On the net, you can meet thousands of potential partners and still stay at home.

Your choice is incredible: as long as you speak a few words of English, you can communicate with almost the whole world. And even when you only speak your native tongue (if not English) then you can still reach more people than you will ever be able to meet in a bar.

You can write at daytime, at your work, during one of these dull and lonely evenings, in the middle of the night when the beds too big again. Doesnt matter: you can choose time and place yourself.

Maybe you only want someone who lives just around the corner, but let me tell you this: the international aspect of online dating adds some extra flavour, which you will never regret to try.

Other countries means other cultures, and other cultures are not scary, no, they enrich your life. They broaden your view, tell you whats strange

about your own culture, and show you things you had never dreamt of.

Besides, its very exciting to go on holiday knowing youll meet this mysterious man or woman for the first time. And if love is true and the country nice, you have a great holiday destination for the future as well.

Online dating is also honest. O.K., there are people who place an ad without taking it seriously, and some might even try to scam you, but thats not different from the real world. If you take the right precautions and use your brains, you will only meet men or women who dont hide their intentions.

On the net you do not have to say Can I buy you drink, then wait for hours, weeks, sometimes months – or even years – to find out that your partner liked the drink more than you or already had someone else.

No, on the net the world is simple and clear. By just putting an ad, people say: I want love. Now, thats an opening sentence!

When starting points are so obvious, its also much easier to speak about issues that really matter.

What do you expect from life? What kind of relationship would you prefer? Do you want children? Just a few questions you will never ask a boy or girl in a crowded bar or noisy discotheque, while being watched by your and his or her friends.

But when you write an email you CAN ask it, and you dont have to wait for the right moment.

If you dont limit your correspondence to superficial talk, but achieve real indepth communication, you save a lot of time. So invest in your writing skills and be honest, and your relationship will benefit from it for years.

The great thing about email is its inbuilt paradox. It can be very personal and intimate, but still its anonymous, because you use a third party, e.g. your computer, to express your thoughts and feelings.

With no direct listener you can come to the point. And the great thing is: most people are easily touched by a personal letter. A letter also gives them time to react, while a live conversation requires immediate answer, which can be an obstacle when you are overwhelmed by emotion.

There are people who regard online dating as unnatural.

Well, then tell me what IS natural? There was a time when bars and discos were just as new as the Internet. There are countries where bars and discos do not exist, even in the 21st century. And what is natural about joining a singles club and go out bowling with people who are only rating each others looks?

I may be romantic, but I think the man or woman of your dreams might well be living somewhere else, on a place where you havent looked yet. It can be your neighbouring city, or an almost deserted island in the Pacific. But thanks to your computer you can find him. Or find her. Go for it.

Marc de Jong is a journalist and professional writer. Together with his wife he runs a few websites in the dating industry, among which: www.network-love.com, www.russianladiesagency.com and www.perfectrussianlady.com

I found the Fountain of Youth!

It&#39s not literally the key to everlasting youth, but I&#39ve discovered how to slow down the aging process and start looking and feeling better. It&#39s a simple procedure that involves your mind and your nutrition.

And I can&#39t understand why more people don&#39t get it.

For most of us, our idea of health is something like, “Ok, I&#39m not sick, I watch what I eat most of the time, I try to exercise, I go to the doctor and get medications when I can&#39t kick a cold or the flu.”

We accept that losing our hair, getting wrinkled, getting flabby, and having less energy is just a part of getting older. And yet, we all know some eighty-year-old person who looks fifty and has more energy than we do!

What&#39s their secret? Why do I feel so lousy and they&#39re doing so great?

Is it genetics? Partially, but there&#39s much more to it than that.

How we approach our own bodies and spirit mentally has a profound effect on what we really are. Unfortunately, we allow our doctors, our pharmaceutical companies, and our media to tell us how we should feel.

My mother is a perfect example of someone who is a victim of the programming our society puts out there. Her health began to decline rapidly about 5 years ago. She suffers from fibromyalgia, allergies, thyroid disorder, anemia, high cholesterol, and had a tumor removed from her shoulder which has left the left half of her body with some serious nerve damage.

She is on twelve, count them, twelve different prescription medications. She spends over $1000 a year on her medicines. To add to that, she has a severe caffeine addiction that requires her to drink a coffee twice a day just to feel “normal.”

There is no doubt in my mind that she has health problems that need prescriptions to be moderated. There is also no doubt in my mind that she is mentally dependent on all of these medications, thinking that she&#39s “getting older” and that medication is the only answer.

I am a high school band director by trade, a job that demands frequent 15-hour workdays. I used to come home stress out, exhausted, and was incapable of enjoying my two toddlers&#39 antics or having a conversation with my wife.

I was amazed at how my life changed for the better when someone showed me HOW to think about myself.

I no longer allow myself to be a victim in my own life. I control

what happens to me. Everything negative that has happened to me today is the result of what I manifested for myself in the past. Thanks to some good friends, I have discovered that the key to health and happiness lies within my own thinking. If I think that I will be successful, and I tell myself that each day, it will happen.

Thanks to some wonderful books by such authors as Dr. Robert Anthony and Napoleon Hill, along with some personal coaching, I am slowly teaching myself to control my own destiny through daily visualization.

I look at the world differently now. In that new view, I have seen my mother&#39s suffering and realize that she is a victim of society&#39s programming. Prescription drugs are now advertised on television with the regularity of car and beer commercials. The message is clear, “You are sick. You have a disease. We have something to ease your suffering.”

My mother switched primary doctors three times recently because, as she told me, “She didn&#39t get along with them.” I believe now that she left them because they would not give her the care, or more accurately, the prescriptions that she wanted.

I have introduced my mother to a series of all-natural health products that will slowly help her cleanse her system and start her on the road to true balance. She and I have also discussed my new mindset and how she needs to believe that she can be healthy and energetic again. It is going to be a long road, but with the changes I am helping her to make, she will be successful in the end.

So I ask again – why don&#39t more people get it?

Why is it that people believe that prescription drugs are the answer to all their health problems?

Unfortunately, the answer most likely is because that&#39s what our society is programming them with. I choose to turn off the television ads and take charge of my own health. I will gladly help anyone do the same for themselves and their loved ones. It takes a commitment to learning HOW to think, not WHAT to think.

Copyright

One of the biggest scams ever successfully pulled on the American public is – somewhat appropriately – a 4-letter word. That word is, of course, Diet. By now you have seen advertisements for more diets than you can easily remember, and have also most likely seen an article or television show debunking some of those diets. Unfortunately, the art of shooting holes through the credibility of a diet plan is normally done by ANOTHER diet company, solely for the purpose of getting you to use their product instead. Well, this article has nothing to sell, nor really anything to gain, save the knowledge that hopefully the reader – that’s you – will put down the Diet Madness Menu, and get a real world point of view on why diets don’t work, and what you can do about it.

Eating, the Lost Art

If you are considering a diet, or have in the past, your primary motivation was most likely to lose weight. What if I was to tell you that in order to lose weight, you actually need to eat MORE than you have in the past? You would probably shake your head at that crazy idea, and think that it was some new fad that could in no way assist you in your weight loss goals. Of course, the fact that every diet you’ve ever heard of was at one point “some new fad” would probably never even cross your mind. Nonetheless, the fact remains that most people do need to eat more than they presently are in order to lose weight, but the trick comes in eating the right kinds of foods, in the right ratios of nutrients, and at the right times of day. Sound tricky? Perhaps, but I assure you, it is really quite simple. However, the purpose of this article is not to inform you of the benefits of eating, but merely to let you know that eating is indeed a very effective way to lose excess bodyweight, and to explain how diets keep that from happening.

Stating the Obvious

Although most people do not think of the “latest diet” in these terms, hopefully the following question will make you consider what is pretty obvious if you stop to think about it. If the new “Last Diet You’ll Ever Need” was really that good at making you melt away pounds while sitting on the couch munching “Carbo Craze Chips” or was even remotely effective at burning off your spare tire while inhaling the sweet scents of “Aerospace’s Aromatic Air Baubles”, then why isn’t everyone already thin??

Seriously – think about it. Every time you hear about the latest diet or the most up to date exercise device that only takes 20 minutes per day, they always say that you will never need another system! The advertised system – no matter how logical or even outlandish as it may seem – is always touted at being better than ever, and the last system you will ever need. Well, if that were true, don’t you think that the manufacturer of that system would not only become wealthier than anyone in history, but would also become famous as the person who FINALLY solved the obesity problem in our world? Don’t you think that person could also afford to advertise their product during prime time on TV, instead of late at night? Don’t you think that system would become known throughout the world – throughout history itself – as a turning point in human development?

So, I’ll ask you the same question again: If the solution is already out there, why do we need to keep coming up with new solutions?? The answer is, of course, very simple – these systems don’t work, and the human populace is simply looking for a non-existent quick fix to getting rid of too many late night excursions to the

local burger joint, or to the fact they should have taken stock in beer while they were in college. Then what does work? Human physiology.

Metabolism

Metabolism is defined as the rate at which your body processes food. In other words, how fast your body burns calories. The faster your metabolism, the more food you can eat without gaining weight. How do you control your metabolism? By eating a nutrient-dense meal every 3 to 3
