Coping with stress and turning back the hands of time.

Stress comes in many forms, workplace stress, family stress, grief over loss of a loved one, etc… Some can be avoided, butas we know, many cannot. Some people handle stress better thanothers, and some even thrive onit.Regardless, stress takes itstoll.

Stress has been proven to rid your body of many essentialvitamins and minerals. Particularly vitamins C, E, and B. Thisleads to lethargy, lower focussed mental activities (clinicallystress causes more erratic brain activity and a reduction inshort term and long term memory), drying out and aging of theskin (in some), and in others a increase in the sebaceous glandactivity – which usually brings postules, acne, and rosacea -which all bring more stress as we then become more entangled inhow others view our physical appearance.

We cannot stop all stress, but we can take steps to stop orlimit its toll on our skin and body. Take a full vitaminsuplament every day. Eat a well balanced diet – especially fishmeat like salmon (high in omega 3s which is proven to increasebrain function and cellular activity, but it also is proven toreduce the aging process of the skin and make cuts and bruisesheal faster). Eat more raw fruits and vegetables – atleast 5servings per day – you will see a notable difference in 4-6weeks and you will feel better (along with better colon health).Exercise more often. Aerobic exercise has been proven to releasepowerful hormones that actually counteract

the harmful chemicalsand results of stress as it will also improve your bodysabilities to cope with oxidants.

I cant say enough about meditation and prayer. Study afterstudy have proven a reduction in every skin and body malody evencancer symptoms from people that pray and meditate daily. Take20 minutes every day and do this you will also live longer.

The latest rage is skin peels for a quick fix. Skin peels willslough off the top layers of skin and reveal fresher, cleanerskin. The most effective are TCA peels and phenol peels (phenolpeels are dangerous and should only be performed by a licensedplastic surgeon). TCA, trichloroacetic acid, is a medium depthskin peel that works on the most skin ailments – aging skin, sundamage, even has been proven to treat and cure acne. No otherskin peel can safely do all that a TCA peel can.

So there you have it – clear, younger skin in 500 words. Greatadvice to follow and dont forget to always run anything new byyour doctor. They are licensed for a reason and know whats bestfor you.

Masturbate and Feel Good

“Masturbation … is not approved of the Lord nor this church, regardless of what may be said by those whose norms are lower”, President Kimball of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1981)

“Every sperm is sacred. Every sperm is great. If a sperm is wasted, God gets quite irate.” Monty Pythons The Meaning of Life.

A quote often used by various churches in an effort to contain illicit acts amongst its people. Every sermon on masturbation would quote it, atleast all the sermons I have heard. Under the circumstances, is it difficult to imagine masturbation as one of the biggest taboos in our society? Even today? Scientific education has done a little to change it. Does that mean men and women dont masturbate? Certainly not. 99% of men and 70% of women masturbate according to various studies. The problem lies in the acceptance of the fact that you masturbate. Let me tell you a story… a story about you.

One night you were sitting alone in your appartment eating pizza. You decided to check out some new sites on the net while you eat. So you log on to your ISP and start surfing. Inadverantely, you come across some piece of pornography(yes, the net is quite full of it!) Looking at those erotic (and often downright nasty photos) you feel a tingling between your legs. One thing leads to another and you end up spoiling your underpants. Now let me tell you another story.

One night you were sitting alone in a bar drinking beer. And then a most gorgeous person enters the bar. The person that causes tingling between your legs just looking at him or her. You decide that you cant let go of this oppurtunity to get to know this wonderful creation of god. So you move towards this person and start small talk. One thing leads to another and you end up in your appartment.

Whether you are a woman or a man, the next morning you wouldnt be jumping with joy in the first case. When you go out in the evening to meet your friends, you would not tell them about the hot site you found and how you jerked off to it. Nevertheless, in the second case, you would be telling anyone who cared to listen how you had the most wonderful experience of your life last night. Why? Well, maybe because self pleasure is, well, nothing special. You can do it anytime you want. Ofcourse seducing the person of your dreams is quite an accomplishment. No wonder you need an audience. But what if you have a friend like me. A friend who is crazy enough to ask you did you wank off yesterday night? Was it good? What would you do then? Would you tell your friend about the hot site and your experience? Would you simply say, “Yeah! It was great! What about you?” Or would you pretend nothing had happened and lie… something like you were somewhere else yesterday night, or maybe lead your friend to believe you got lucky with someone?

I am guessing you would do the latter. Most certainly you wont acknowledge the act of masturbation. Rather you would evade the question and change the topic. And when your friend tells you about a hot conquest the same night, you would wish you had a bowl of water in which you could drown. Shame and guilt would come over you and you would change the topic in double quick time. Are you crazy? Noway! You are just one of the majority. And quite a majority at that! Way more majority that what George Bush had in the last elections! The reason – social conditioning!

You are just like the boy who ran out of the cinema hall that was screening an adult film (mind you, he had no business of being there in the first place! But all the cinemas care about is the sale of their tickets!) Later in the day, the friend who had been at the movies with him, caught up with him and asked, “Why in the hells name did you run out?” The boy answered, “My mom said that if I watched a woman getting naked I would turn to stone. And damn you Harry, a part of me was already turning into stone!”

Unluckily, the social conditioning is wrong. It is as wrong as the social condition in 18-19th century India, where widows were forced to burn alive with their husbands. As wrong as the church was in burning Galileo for implying the Earth was not the centre of the universe. Lily Tomlin put it best, “We have reasons to believe that man first walked upright to free his hands for masturbation!” If god didnt want us to masturbate, maybe we would still be walking like dogs and horses!

The social conditioning is a result of numerous myths, lies and scams perperated by numerous individuals for personal benefit. Unfortunately, this conditioning is like a hard nut, very tough to crack. However, with effort and chanelising your energies, you can break it. Remember, the nuts that crack the hardest, are often the ones that taste the best! You must be wondering, how the hell does it matter if you feel guilty about masturbation. Why should you spend time breaking this casing?

Certain psychologists believe that guilt conscious, whether sexual guilt or in any other form, is the most destructive element for your mental health. Others believe it is one of the most destructive. But the greatest effect of guilt conscious in my experience has been a lack of confidence in self. Now you are an intelligent reader. I dont need to explain you the importance of self confidence. Be it your career, relationships or any other aspect of life, lack of confidence can bring your downfall. Now I am not implying that should you start to feel more comfortable about masturbation, you would succeed in all aspects of life. But it would be a nice step to take. An useless guilt that should, and can be eradicated from your mind. Remember, an ocean is made of small droplets of water. Get rid of a drop at a time and in due time, the ocean would be empty! Ofcourse it would take several millenia! Luckily, you dont have an ocean full of guily! Just some naggings here and there!

The first step towards eradication of this guilt is knowledge. There are thousands of myths around masturbation. Most of them perperated by religion, unfortunately. But some perperated by scam runners. Lets take a look at the most important ones.

1. Masturbation is against the will of god.

Bullshit. At one point the church considered anyone who was overtly passionate to his wife an adultrater. Follow that teaching and your wife would be committing adultery! Several clergymen have

gone on record to say that not only the churchs teachings about sexuality were unrelated to the scriptures, but that they caused more harm than good amongst people. Besides, nowhere in the religious teachings of any major religions is masturbation considered wrong.

2. Masturbation will cause impotency.

Most males and even some females seem to think so. Wrong again. Lets tackle the males first. It is understandable that seeing their sperm flow out of their body, they think it may end sometime. Well, it will end one day… maybe when you are 100 years old. But until then dont worry. Your sperm bank is quite unlike Standard Chartered. You have unlimited credit here! Sperm is a completely renewable resource, renewable on an hourly basis! For women, well, there is no basis in the theory. Probably perperated by old ladies who never had an orgasm in their entire life!

3. Masturbation causes acnes, hair loss, skin diseases.

This one is my favorite. Mainly because it is one of the better scams of all times! Your social conditioning would have you believe that masturbation is bad for your health. But bad how? No one would give you a satisfying answer! Now some scam artists saw this as an good oppurtunity to sell their products like hair growth lotions, etc. Since most people start masturbating during their teens, (the times of acne and other skin problems), they would have you believe that this is caused by masturbation! Unluckily for them, this is as untrue as the sun rising from the west! Masturbation has no physical side effects!

4. Masturbating will make you thin and skinny!

Then there would be no need for diet pills and fitness regimes my friend! And most certainly 70% of USA wouldnt be overweight!

5. Only Kids masturbate!

Why would you say that? I wonder! Well quite untrue, most adults masturbate… yup even after marriage!

6. Masturbation is for males.

And it is for 70% of the women too. Thats right, two thirds of all females masturbate!

7. Only losers masturbate!

Another of my favorites. Just goes to show just how much of a taboo is masturbation! First thing, 99% of males and 70% of females have masturbated atleast once in their lives. Now that is a hell of a lot of losers dont you think! Nothing more that I can add really… this is really the epitome of insecurity amongst people regarding self pleasure.

8. Masturbation is for homosexuals.

Wow. Where did that one originate! Someone must make a etymology of these myths, would make for an interesting read! Just as untrue as all these myths, masturbation and homosexuality have nothing in common. Some people masturbate to their fantasies of opposite sex, others to their fantasies of same sex. Thats it.

9. Masturbation will make you blind!

Others claim that masturbation is bad for your eyesights. However, their claims are unsupported by facts and medical advice. I suggest you talk to your general physician and he will explain you what a load of bull this is.

10. Masturbation changes the shape of your penis

Well, it does make it rock hard. But believe me, once you orgasm, the hardness is gone! So no. Masturbation has absolutely no effect on how your penis looks.

There are loads more of these myths circulating around the world. If you have a query about masturbation, ask me, I would happily lay your fears to rest. My email is advice@pornographytimes.com

Now lets move on in an attempt to get rid of your guilt. Clearly, all the reasons that made masturbation such a taboo are baseless. So why should you feel guilty about something that is normal and actually healthy? Healthy? Yes that too! This January, I recieved an email from a woman who had some major problems in her marriage. Due to her career and that of her husband, their sexual life was inexistant. Both held jobs in big MNCs and were frequently out of town. Sometimes, they would see each other once a month! Nevertheless, they were very much in love. Her problem was, that inspite of all their love, they were getting into petty fights with each other. The woman was even experiencing problems during work, getting angry for no apparent reasons, shouting on her team. Her temperament was a creation of the stress caused by extensive work and lack of pleasurable activities. Add to that sexual frustration.

My advice to her was twofold. First, I told her that she would have to slow down, and so should her husband. They must make time for their hobbies, maybe try and get in some physical exercise when they could. Most certainly, they needed to see more of each other. They should onsider talking off a couple of days and just be together. Second, while she was alone, she should consider fantasy therapy. Namely, reading erotic novels, watching erotic movies… exciting herself and eventually masturbating as regularly as she could. Three months later, I recieved a thank you letter from her. Apparently she had put my advice to practice (which is quite rare!) and it had actually helped. (Which is not so rare!)

How did masturbating help her? Because most of her problems arose from stress and lack of physical activities. And masturbation, like sex, is the perfect medicing. When you orgasm, your mind gets cleared of the regular day to day problems. Your body gets excited and the blood flow increases. Sometimes, you even sweat! A complete and perfect exercise for those with lack of time!

The next step in getting rid of your guilt is self belief. Something, no outsider can help you with. Here is what I would counsel. Read as many articles on the internet as you can relating to masturbation. Just so that you know that I am not bullshitting you. Any queries you have, dont be afraid to ask me or another sex advisor on any of the reputed websites. Remember, the first step is knowledge and the second step is belief. And knowledge leads to belief. Good Wanking!

How to Avoid Becoming a Fitness Failure

When it comes to fitness, no one likes being a failure, yet more than half of new exercisers quit their program within the first six months. With a little help you can ensure youre not one of them. Give these ideas a try as you begin your exercise program for the new year.

Set goals

If you dont know where you are going, how will you know when you get there? Setting short-term and long-term goals may increase your chance of success. Your goals must give a clear picture of the end-point to work towards. Use the SMART model, your goal should be Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound. Without these you’ll never know if you have achieved the goal. You can’t just say “lose weight or gain energy.” Instead say, “I will lose 10 pounds in 12 weeks by doing strength training 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week.”

Go for variety

Whether you do a home workout or belong to a gym, build your routine on cross-training to keep things fresh and interesting, and keep yourself from developing an injury. Frequently vary the order of your exercises and mix in dumbbells, barbells, resistance tubing, machine or body weight exercises. Dont be afraid to take a class.

Track your progress

Write down your measurements and weight at the beginning of your program. Keep a workout log and use it. Seeing results is a great motivator. At least once a month, re-measure and review your log to see advances in your aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility and body composition.

Seek out support

A workout partner with similar goals and a positive attitude can make your workout more fun. knowing you are accountable to another person can be a great motivator too. So can working with a certified personal trainer.

Devise a backup plan

Time and access are the largest obstacles to fitness, and even

devoted exercisers experience lapses. Dont use these as excuses to avoid exercise. Having some portable home workout gear like a stability ball, resistance tubing, jump rope, and dumbbells, will allow you to work out while traveling, at home or even at work. With limited time, focus on compound

movements for the largest muscle groups and superset 2 for opposing muscle groups. A brief but intense workout can be accomplished in a few minutes.

Just do it

While pumping iron may not be right for everyone, the idea being active is. Find something you enjoy doing that elevates your heart rate and challenges you most days of the week. Also pay attention to how you feel. If you are like most people in as little as three weeks you will find yourself

sleeping better and feeling more rested.

Coping With Holiday Stress

The holidays are upon us and instead of leisurely sipping eggnogaround the fireplace, we find ourselves in a frenzy trying toget all too many things done in anticipation of that oneperfect, albeit elusive holiday moment.

Despite expectations, holidays are a time when many of us end upso stressed and overworked, the joy is completely lost.Nonetheless, the holidays really should be about family, friends, renewal, and even fun.

As we all know, achieving any dream is not magic, it is mostlyhard work. It is worth it though, otherwise we wouldnt go at itso hard year after year. A little bit of balance and planningcan go a long way toward de-stressing the holidays and making atleast some of those holiday dreams a reality. Here are sometactics to help you deal with the pressures of the holidayseason.

Prioritize.

Prioritize, organize and simplify. Sit down and think about yourgoals. What do you really want out of the holidays? What do youneed? What does your family want and need? Dont makeassumptions. Talk about it. Needs and expectations change aschildren grow and family networks variously shrink and expand.Disgruntled family members mean stress for all.

Budget.

Establish your budget realistically and conservatively. There ispressure from every direction to overspend during the holidays. But spending now with the knowledge you will still be paying itoff this time next year can zap every bit of the joy out of theseason. Be realistic and be honest. Set your budget and stick toit. Despite what advertisers want you to think, the reason forthe season is not to spend as much money as possible.

Schedule your Time.

Be just as realistic about your time as you are about yourmoney. Cooking big meals may not be practical. Use conveniencefoods or pre-cooked options to round out your holiday table.Dont be afraid to ask others to pitch in. Do your shoppingonline instead of at the mall, and have the gifts delivered.Realistically decide which invitations you will accept and whichones you will not. Discuss priorities openly with friends andfamily members. Reevaluate and reduce you commitments to bringthem in line with manageable reality.

Remember to Relax.

It is easy to forget your everyday good habits during holidays. The stress and frenzy of the season can quickly take its toll.None of us want to be that horrible relative who always managesto spoil the fun for everyone else. Be consciously aware of yourstress and fatigue levels. Take a deep breath before you fly offthe handle. Learning to keep your cool not only helps reduce theharmful effects of excess stress on your mind and body, it willalso help keep stress levels down for all those around you andeverybody will be more relaxed and have more fun.

Exercise.

Experts everywhere acknowledge the value of good aerobicexercise in stress reduction and well being. We all know thisfact, but often forget it during holidays. Dont. Even if it isonly for a few minutes at a time, incorporate physical exerciseinto your day. Spend a few minutes on your exer-cycle. Take aquick walk. Take the stairs. Is there dancing at the holidayparty? Join the fun. Its good for you. Get the idea? Holiday orno, make grabbing opportunities for exercise a regular part ofyour everyday routine.

Watch What you Eat.

Good nutrition is for good health and every day feel-goods. Itis easy to load up on junk during holidays, especially when youmay not have time for real meals and then face lavish partyspreads. The whole process wreaks havoc with your waistline andyour health. You slow down, and your disease resistance iscompromised. As a result, you can end up run down and sick rightin the middle of the festivities. Despite endless yummytemptations, you do need to make certain your body is properlynourished. Grab a piece of fruit instead of dipping into thatcandy bowl and at the very least remember your vitamins.

Watch your Alcohol Consumption.

Food is not the only holiday temptation. Be aware of

youralcohol limit and drink responsibly. A season of festivities canbe draining in more than one way. Pace yourself, especially ifyou have a round of parties to attend. Even a couple drinks canreduce your energy level the next day, and if you have a heavyschedule, you may want to go pass on the alcohol altogether. Youcan count on a hangover spoiling the next day completely, and ifyou have plans with others, it may be more than your own daythat is spoiled. Needless to say, if you are an alcoholic, holidays are not the time to skip AA meetings.

Get Adequate Rest.

Sometimes easier said than done, since the holidays can be atrue frenzy. There are gifts to buy and wrap, cards to send, parties to attend, parties to throw, houses to clean, meals tocook and in the middle of all this, most of us still have jobsto do, kids to take care of and families that need ourattention. Just thinking about it can make you tired, butfatigue and overwork impair judgment, and shorten tempers. Itwill wear you out physically and emotionally. And the lovelyholiday you were working so hard to create can be dashed by hurtfeelings exacerbated by stress induced snipping. Dont beashamed to take a nap. And dont be ashamed to admit that youneed one. Quiet relaxing moments may need to be scheduled. Theyare essential to your well-being and to a happy holiday season.

Practice Realistic Acceptance.

In all this welter of dos and donts, realize there are somethings (and people) you will never be able to change. You willbe a lot calmer if you can realistically accept, what isunchangeable. Holiday get-togethers are not the place to ventover past wrongs.

Emotional Well Being.

Attend to your emotional needs. For many reasons holidayoccasions often reopen old wounds. We all experience loss in ourlives, and the season can make a recent divorce or death in thefamily seem unbearable. Take active measures to take care ofyourself. Go to your place of worship. Attend to yourspirituality. Although it may sound quaint today, attending areligious service can be very healing. Beyond that, talk aboutwhat bothers you. Vent your rage. If for whatever reason, youcannot talk about it to a friend or family member, get atherapist or call a telephone counseling line. There is a freeone in most cities. Keeping a journal is one of the oldest formsof therapy, and it too is free. Attending to your emotionalneeds does not mean spilling your guts at the holiday table, itmeans finding a safe place for support and using it when needed.

Make Peace with Yourself.

This is not a luxury, it t is a necessity. Time-honored methodsof nourishing body and soul include; prayer, yoga, meditation,Tai Chi and devotions. On a daily basis, it is one of the bestthings you can do to maintain both your serenity and yoursanity. Even if you only have a few minutes to do it, make peacewith yourself every day.

Remember, no matter what day you celebrate, the holiday seasonis indeed a season. Prepare to take care of yourself throughout.Schedule time to exercise and relax each day, even if it is onlyfor a few brief moments. Be aware of others needs as well. Beespecially aware if anyone close to you has suffered a greatloss in the recent past. In many ways the holidays, which arewidely heralded as times of great joy, are also times of greatsorrow. That too can be overwhelming. Take deep relaxing breathswhen you feel emotions rising or tempers flaring. Above all, donot take everything personally. Realize that under stress (andyes the holidays are stressful) people often say things theynormally would not. Do not let them get to you and you will allfeel better for it. Take care of yourself and the ones you love.

Have a peaceful stress free holiday.

Managing Acne and Dispelling Myths

Not only is acne a physical condition, a psychological component is present as well.   Acne sufferers can experience, behavioral problems, academic decline, social isolation, substance abuse, depression, even suicide.

Improper hygiene, poor diet, stress and sexual behavior were thought to be causes of acne, but in reality the causes are unclear. What is clear is the cascade of events that form acne. Hair follicles, or pores, become blocked by oil, which normally drains to the surface of the skin. This blockage occurs way below the skin surface, and causes the pores to collapse. At this point bacteria begin to overgrow, resulting in the formation of a white head. If this trapped oil, and bacteria partially reaches the surface, a black head is formed. Acne affects most teenagers, however this condition is not restricted to any age group; adults get acne as well. In addition, acne can occur on the face, neck, back, chest, shoulders, and upper arms. While not life threatening, acne has a profound social effect, and if severe enough, can lead to permanent scarring. Avoiding acne is a difficult task; treating acne has become more manageable.

Contrary to popular belief, face scrubbing with an abrasive washcloth will cause skin irritation, and worsen the problem. A gentle cleanser twice per day, that does not over dry the skin, would be the better alternative. Avoid using any bar soaps, which can irritate the area. Research has been done on the efficacy of different antibacterial alternatives. Several studies have shown that a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide solution has a very high acne bacteria kill rate, and is not subject to bacteria tolerance. Applying Benzoyl Peroxide liberally to the infected area should improve the acne within 10 days. It is important that a moisturizer be used in conjunction,

since Benzoyl Peroxide does dry the skin. Further, it is important to check to see if any allergies to Benzoyl Peroxide exist by applying a small amount to the skin, and observe any reactions. Most cases of acne can be easily managed, however there are cases that are extreme, and result in scarring.

In cases of extreme acne that cause pain, and scarring it is necessary to see a Dermatologist. Today, virtually every case of acne can be resolved, and future out breaks can be avoided with the appropriate Dermatological care. Several options are available if scarring does occur. Dermabrasion is a surgical procedure whereby the physician attempts to make scars less noticeable by sanding them using a small hand held tool. This procedure is ideal for shallow imperfections. Laser Resurfacing works the same as dermabrasion, utilizing a laser rather than a hand held tool. Skin augmentation is a nonsurgical way to remove small skin depressions caused by acne scars. Various materials are injected into or under the skin to raise the surface and make the scar look smooth.

Not only is acne a physical condition, a psychological component is present as well. Acne sufferers can experience, behavioral problems, academic decline, social isolation, substance abuse, depression, even suicide. Teenagers are more vulnerable in this respect because both acne and depressive disorder have a peak incidence during adolescence. Although acne is not a life-threatening disease, appropriate management is vital to its successful resolution.

What To Consider Before Having Varicose Vein Procedures

Before considering having a procedure done to surgically
treat your varicose veins, keep in mind that most varicose
vein problems can be treated without resorting to an
invasive operation. In fact, if your varicose veins do not
respond to the following commonly prescribed treatments for
varicose veins then it is possible that the varicose veins
are a symptom of a much more serious problem such as
obesity, impending stroke or a heart condition. This is why
it is so important for you to try elevation and compression
treatments before you resort to surgery.

Varicose veins develop as a result of gravitational
forces. This may just be due to simple aging. To counteract
this doctors may prescribe that the legs be elevated above
the heart for a prescribed period of time during the day in
order to help the blood trapped in the veins return to the
heart for oxygenation.

In addition to the elevation of the legs most doctors will
prescribe a regimen of walking or aerobic exercise as well
as the application of a compression bandage that winds
around the affected area. This helps decrease the volume
of blood trapped in the legs and over time makes the veins
shrink.

So, before you spend a lot of money on an operation, make
sure you try the above solutions first as both elevation
and compression treatments have a higher success rate and
show quicker results than surgery.

The most common surgical procedure used to correct
varicose veins is called sclerotherapy. This is a procedure
that is used to decrease the visibility of spider veins
that mostly occur on the legs but can occur on

other places
of the body as well. Before having this operation you
should also be aware that it could be very uncomfortable
because basically an irritant is injected into the veins to
induce an inflammatory response. This causes the veins to
shrink. You should also be aware that sclerotherapy only
works on tiny veins and not larger ones.

You should also realize that one quarter of patients that
do receive sclerotherapy also end up with a hyper
pigmentation on their legs around the injection sites,
which may be as objectionable to look at as the varicose
veins.

You might also experience a phenomenon known as vein
matting, which means that tiny clusters of veins around the
site of the injection area could turn blue. Unfortunately
this is because sometimes the attempt to remove one
varicose vein creates several smaller ones. Sometimes these
veins can be treated with another injection but the success
rate of this treatment is very low.

If you do opt for sclerotherapy keep in mind that your
legs may be red, discolored or bruised for a couple of
weeks after the injections. In fact your legs may look
worse than they did in the first place so dont get this
operation with the expectation that you will look better in
a bathing suit after a few days. Like most plastic
surgeries, sclerotherapy is not a quick fix for varicose
veins.

Male Breast Enlargement Products – Mens Options for Transgender Breast Enlargement

Transgender Breast Growth – Why Men Can Now Naturally GrowBreast Tissue Just Like Women

Male to female breast enlargement and enhancement is gainingquite a bit of popularity these days. While it is true that mostbreast augmentations, whether a natural or surgical method, areperformed on women, there are also a number of men desiring malebreast enlargement.

Many male to female transexuals, female impersonators, crossdressing men, or just men with certain fetishes or specialinterests seek to enlarge their breasts and make them look andfeel like female breasts to improve their self confidence andself image, just like the women who are seeking larger breasts.

There is actually almost no difference between male and femalebreast tissue, except that the balance of estrogenic hormones ina womans body outnumber a mans, and this is what determinesthe volume of breast tissue.

Men seeking male to female breast enlargement or “shemale”breast enlargement as it has been termed, actually have the sameoptions women do. Those options are male breast augmentationsurgery, or a natural male or female breast enhancement pill orsystem designed to naturally enlarge the male breast bystimulating the bodys own hormones and essentially manipulatingthem to grow new breast tissue by creating a new hormonalbalance.

While there is a condition in men and young boys, oftenunwanted, called Gynecomastia, that results in female-likebreast development in males, the technology and productdevelopment to recreate this natural phenomena in men whoactually desire breast growth, has been a little more difficultto harness. It is

actually hypothetically and scientificallyeasier to enlarge womens breasts due to a pre-existingabundance of breast tissue growth-inducing hormones andchemicals. So, if a man wants to grow his breasts to look andfeel more like a females breasts, then what are his naturaloptions?

There are a few natural male breast enhancers currentlyavailable today that really do work and help men develop breasttissue like a female. Making the Decision to Try Home Microdermabrasion

Do you have fine lines or small acne scars that you would like to see eliminated from your face? Have you considered microdermabrasion? Microdermabrasion is a safe and effective skin treatment that involves a deep exfoliation of the top layer of the skin to speed up the skin’s own renewal process. Many people experience great results. In the early days, the only way to experience microdermabrasion was to visit a salon with a professional on staff who specialized in the treatment. Nowadays, a lot of people are overwhelmed and stressed and have only a limited amount of “extra” time. Finding time in a busy schedule to visit a salon may prove challenging. For those people who are in this situation or similar and want to improve the condition of their skin, a home microdermabrasion kit may be the answer.

Another benefit of using home microdermabrasion is that it caters to a more private and schedule-free environment. You don’t have to worry about making an appointment. If you have time off from work or find yourself with no plans for the weekend, you can use the kit then. Also, some people are not comfortable showing their imperfections, especially if the part of the body that needs refining is on the back or some other location that requires you to disrobe. For sensitive areas you can have a spouse or friend do the treatment.

After microdermabrasion, some people experience redness, swelling, tightness, and peeling in their skin. Although these symptoms are minor, if you have multiple sessions (which is generally the case) you will need to apply a light moisturizer to the treated

area. A kit for home microdermabrasion generally contains a collection of gentle creams to prevent the skin from becoming irritated. When you go to a salon, you generally have to pay extra for these products.

Although home microdermabrasion and the salon version can both result in dramatic effects, you can use home microdermasion more often. This is a huge cost savings. In a salon the fee on average is about $200. This is the price you would pay for each session. (You can expect to pay more if you purchase the moisturizers.) Home microdermabrasion can cost as little as $30. If you require multiple sessions (and most people do), you can expect to pay as much as $1000 with a salon. The only additional costs you incur with home microdermabrasion are the costs associated with the crystals, application sponges, and moisturizer.

Home microdermasion is only recommended for skin with a healthy tone. If there is existing irritation you should check with a health professional to make sure that you can safely use home dermabrasion. In addition to making sure that your skin is healthy enough to undergo the treatment, you should read over all the instructions that accompanied your kit before you actually use home microdermabrasion. If you are at all concerned about whether home microdermabrasion is for you, schedule a consultation with a skin specialist for an evaluation of your skin In some cases, a skin specialist may even discuss whether or not it is recommended that you use a home microdermabrasion kit.

What The Heck Is An Exercise Modality, And Why Should I Care?

What are you trying to get out of your exercise program? Are you trying to lose weight? Are you trying to put on muscle mass? Are you training for a sport or an athletic contest of some kind?

Okay, now that you’ve answered the question of why you are exercising to begin with, you are now ready to ask yourself what type of exercise program you will need to get involved with in order to accomplish that goal.

If you answered “aerobics”, “weight training”, “yoga”, “flexibility exercises”, “martial arts”, or pretty much any other form of exercise that you can imagine, then congratulations are in order! You’ve just answered the question, “What the heck is an exercise modality”?

Simply put, an exercise modality is a system or form of exercise that is designed to elicit a very specific response from the body of the individual who is engaging in the exercise. In the case of aerobics, most people are trying to get their body to shed excess bodyfat and to increase their level of cardiovascular endurance. Weight or resistance training exercisers are usually trying to grow or tone their muscles to make them stronger, bigger, or more attractive. People who practice Yoga are usually after a stronger mind/body connection in order to gain more energy or awareness.

The possibilities are endless. There are so many exercise modalities out there that even trying to name them all would be a waste of time. Even as this article is written, and even as you – the reader – take in its information, someone somewhere is probably coming up with a new “exercise modality”.

So why even try to learn them? Why should you care about exercise modalities? Simply put, because you need to practice them!

No, that doesn’t mean that you have to be able to run a marathon, bench press 400 lbs, balance on your pinky toe, and dance a jig all at the same time.

The point is not that you have to become proficient in any specific exercise modality. You do need to learn about different types of training, though. No matter how effective your present exercise program is, one of two things is either already happening, or is going to happen eventually:

1) Your body is adapting to the stimulus provided by your chosen exercise modality, and you are not seeing the same results from it that you saw in the beginning.

2) The exercise modality that you have chosen is lacking in one or more of the measurements of good health: strength, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, agility, balance, tensile

strength of bones, tendons, and ligaments, basic survival skills such as starting and limit strength, swimming capabilities, or a heightened level of neuromuscular coordination.

As you can see, simply being able to run through a circuit of weight machines at the gym and then jumping into an aerobics class is not sufficient for a level of health and fitness that is both complete, as well as sustainable over the long-term.

Despite what you may think, there will never be a time in your life when it is appropriate or healthy for you to “back off” and give up on exercise or proper nutrition. From today until the day when you leave this Earth, you will need the high quality of life that is provided by the proper level of health and fitness.

In order to ensure that your health and fitness program does not allow your body to adapt to a certain stimulus, as well as to ensure that your program includes activity in each of the measurable levels of health and fitness, you must practice different exercise modalities on a regular basis.

Don’t scoff at Pilates because you think it is for wimps. Those of you in the aerobics room don’t look at the weight lifters as if they are a bunch of cavemen who know nothing about true fitness. Those of you in the Yoga frame of mind, open up your mind to the fact that Yoga alone is not going to maintain your level of health and your quality of life from now until the end. Martial artists – step out of the Dojo and pick up some dumbbells or balance on an exercise ball once in awhile.

There is no single exercise modality that is perfect for everyone, all the time. Yes, there are certain modalities that work better for certain people, but that doesn’t mean that you should never check out new activities and experiences.

Close-mindedness has never resulted in positive results in the entire history of our planet. It’s not going to start now. Open your mind to new possibilities and you will open yourself to new experiences and a higher quality of life itself.

Who knows? You might even enjoy it!
